Please check the box of your Solotica lenses and note that the ones with the name Opak Lens as an importer on the box are absolutely original product. Opak Lens supplies products directly from Solotica manufacturer. The color images published in Opak Lens promotional catalogs and on the website are also the original photos obtained from the manufacturer.

• Opak Lens has been supplying Solotica lenses only to optical stores since the first day it started to distribute Solotica lenses as Solotica Turkey Distributor on December 7, 2020 . Opak Lens does not sell Solotica lenses directly to end users and any other companies than optical stores. Opak Lens's commercial addressee is the relevant optical stores. Opak Lens is not a party in the commercial relationship between the user and the optical stores.

• The return of the products with the damaged or deformed boxes are not accepted even if the box is not opened.

• After opening the lens case, the user should store the outer original box without throwing it away. It is of great benefit to read the instructions for use on the inner surface of the outer box. Along with the outer packaging, bottles for annual lenses and empty blisters for monthly lenses should not be thrown away and stored. Lenses with discarded outer packaging + bottles and / or blisters will NEVER be considered as a subject of customer satisfaction.

• If the end user will make a request within the scope of customer satisfaction, he / she should apply to the optical store where the lens was purchased and fill in the "User Customer Satisfaction Form" completely.

• Torn lenses can NEVER be the subject of customer satisfaction.

• Requests for changing lens color cannot be evaluated within the scope of customer satisfaction.

• It is not possible to return, cancel or change the lenses that are brought from abroad specially with personal order.

• The basic curve (BC), diameter and similar production parameters of Solotica lenses can be found in Opak Lens's promotional catalogs and on this website. When purchasing the lens, users should check whether these parameters match their prescription.

• Please note that for the first use, the lenses removed from the vial or blister should not be worn directly. After it is removed from the package, it should be rinsed thoroughly with contact lens solution first and then applied to the eye. Since several preservative chemicals are used to protect the lenses in closed vials and blisters, lenses that are worn directly on the eye without rinsing with a lens solution may cause eye irritation (redness) due to these substances.

• Lens solution compatibility and performance is very important in comfortable contact lens use. We recommend the use of Elegance AquaFresh and Elegance Natura solutions, which are exactly compatible with Solotica lenses.
